Lyn Mabry
Lyn worked many years as a director of sales for the Peabody in Memphis, the Brown Hotel in Louisville, the Loews Vanderbilt and the Hermitage in Nashville and the Aspen Meadows in Aspen, Co.
After more than 20 years in the hotel business, Lyn was ready for a new adventure and connected with a friend in Nashville to design and build a state of the art pet boarding facility. Lyn pulled together her hotels skills, customer service skills and her interior design capabilities to design and built the Farm at Natchez Trace. At the same time, several of Lyn’s own residential renovation projects were being showcased by local home tours. So after several successful years, Lyn sold her interest in The Farm to her partner and moved back to Louisville to follow her dream in residential design.
Louisville has always held a special place in Lyn’s heart. Upon her return, she bought and renovated a condo building in the Cherokee Triangle. Shortly after, she invested in a national design and décor business and continued to build an additional vertical design business.
By 2012, Lyn was ready to embark on her best investment: herself. Living Spaces by Lyn was born.Living Spaces by Lyn has seen meteoric growth in the past two years with projects ranging from color selection and furniture placement to a full-blown renovation of an entire floor. Most recently, she has worked on condos for international clients and is currently working with a local architectural designer to update and furnish the C-Net Smart House in Goshen, Ky. As her business has grown, so have her diversity and her client base: Realtors, builders, individuals living in the US and abroad.
