I Worked with Lyn for Over a Year

I actually worked with Lyn for over a year on my kitchen renovation. It took awhile for me to finally commit to the solution Lyn thought was right for me based on my lifestyle and location. Totally worth the 1 hour consultation/walk thru fee. We identified overall design, cabinet, paint, layout and other ideas. Considering the thousands we are spending on renovations, it was totally worth it for her input. She had approximately 10 in. by 10 in. actual paint samples and we picked all our paint colors! Lyn’s experience shows and she is articulate and well organized. She can also recommend other pros like her kitchen designer if you wish.

I am in Panama City Beach enjoying my condominium, which Lyn redecorated this past spring. I had a limited budget and needed a total update, so Lyn traveled with me to PCB to work on the condo. Lyn kept an eye on the budget while selecting wonderful furniture and art, some from consignment stores. The new linens in the bedrooms along with art and lamps created a new look without having to replace the bedroom suites. The living room has an open, clean look with very comfortable furniture. Our relationship with Lyn goes back to before our full house remodel – up to the day we sold it. We wanted assistance with which color scheme we should paint our house and her input on decorating it. After seeing what a great job she did on selecting the paint scheme, we wanted her to help us stage the home for sale.

Not only did Lyn help us select the paint colors/scheme for our entire house to make the smaller rooms feel brighter and larger, she also helped with the arrangement of furniture, built-ins, pictures and other whatknots to really tie the whole home together. I contacted Lyn because I wanted assistance with a whole house renovation for a one story home that was built in the mid 1970s. The home had not really been updated since it was built. Lyn assisted me in selecting curtain fabric for my dining room, blind selection for my dining room, paint color for the master bedroom, and carpet for the master bedroom. We also discussed ideas for other parts of our whole house renovation.

It went very well. Lyn listened to what I wanted to do and gave me some good ideas to think about. What I like is that she is sensitive to the fact that this is your home and it should reflect your tastes and how you live in your home. She put me in touch with good vendors for the carpet, blinds, and dining room draperies. Lyn also pays attention to your budget concerns.

I will be working with Lyn next on our kitchen and family room, which will involve a total renovation of the kitchen and some renovation of the existing family room.
