Living Spaces by Lyn was hired by an investor to help transform a wonderful little shotgun in the Butchertown section of Louisville.

The house had been a basic, long-term rental property for many years. The investor wanted to transform it into a high-quality, attractive, short-term rental property in time for guests to the 2019 Kentucky Derby. It was a tall order.

The end result required design renovation (moving walls, bringing the kitchen to the front part of the house, re-doing the existing bath, adding a new bath and new bedrooms), interior design, and staging the home. Living Spaces specified all the furnishings to make the house a home so short-term guests can simply move in and start living!
